Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma Stages and Symptoms
Pleural mesothelioma is
the most common and critical type of mesothelioma cervix which apparently occur
in the innermost lining of the lungs. It takes about 20- 50 years to appear
with its visible symptoms if you continue to contact with asbestos. About 70
percent of patients are suffering from this cervix due to their exposure to
asbestos at their occupation.

Stages of Mesothelioma
Mesothelioma is
comprised of four general stages by the experts but as per their intensity,
these stages may vary from person to person.
Stage-1: This one is
the primary stage of pleural mesothelioma when cancer cells are limited to
their origin and not overgrown uncontrollably.
Stage one is further divided into sub-categories as 1a and 1b.
1a: 1a is the pleural
mesothelioma when cancer occurs in the outer layer of the chest wall.
1b: on the contrary
side it occurs in the inner lining of the chest wall.
Stage 2: At this stage,
the cells will localize to the same side but there is also the probability of
metastasis to nearby lymph nodes.
Stage 3: During this
phase, most of the patients diagnosed with cancer touches lymph nodes and some
nearby organs likewise heart and to the other lung.
Stage 4: This stages us
the worse one. At this stage cancer
cells are fully grown and touch to the nearby organs such as the abdomen.
People who diagnosed with this stage have the life expectancy less than a year.
